Ingredients:

System:

1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
1.5 oz Campari
2 oz Soda Water
1 ea Lemon Peel

Instructions:

Add Campari & Vermouth to a Collins glass over ice
Top with soda water
Stir gently to combine
Express oils from a lemon peel over the glass, and garnish
