Place steak in freezer for approximately 15 minutes
Slice steak into thin strips (1/8 in)
Add steak, and all other ingredients to a storage container or ziplock bag and tightly seal
Refrigerate for 12-48 hours
Lay strips out on dehydrator trays or wire racks (if using an oven)
Dehydrate for approximately 4-5 hours at 175°F, until the jerky is dry and firm, but still slightly pliable.
