Preheat oven to 350°
Sift together dry ingredients
Add flour mixture alternately with 1/2 cup milk to the butter mixture. (Yes..alternately...about a third at a time. It makes a difference!)
Bake in paper lined muffin tin at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Melt 6 tablespoons of butter.
As soon as the muffins come out of the oven dip the tops in the butter then into the cinnamon sugar mixture. (1/2 cup sugar+ 1 teaspoon cinnamon)
