Mint Julep

Ingredients:

  1. 4 to 6 Mint Leaves
  2. 1oz Simple Syrup
  3. 2 ½oz Bourbon
  4. Crushed Ice

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the mint leaves thoroughly in a rocks glass, coat the sides, and discard leaves.

  2. Add simple syrup (1oz) and bourbon (2 1/2 oz) 

  3. Crush ice in a lewis bag or flour-sack towel, and fill glass

  4. Garnish with a mint sprig
