Trader Vic’s Grog

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz  Jamaican Rum
  • 1 oz  Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz  Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz  Passionfruit Syrup
  • 3 dash  Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

  2. Shake thoroughly until well chilled

  3. Strain into a tall glass (Collins or highball) and top with crushed ice

  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a mint sprig
